This class will provide you with a "fusion" of benefits. Among the benefits of Core Fusion are long, lean muscles; a flexible, youthful body; and a sense of peace and relaxation. You will learn how to utilize your own body weight as resistance, use standing leg and gluteus work for alignment and posture, and do floor work for core and spinal strength. Each Core Fusion class includes body shaping, sports conditioning, and injury prevention in a highly charged environment with motivating music. Every session concludes with Savasana (relaxation practice).
