I am currently a stay at home mom who teaches yoga a few times a week. My yoga journey began 8 years ago. I came to yoga after injuring my back and never realized how much I needed yoga in my life. Although I came to yoga for its physical benefits, it has helped me far beyond my expectations. I made a commitment to take care of myself. Yoga has made me stronger and more at ease in both mind and body. I love sharing my yoga experiences and teachings with others in hopes to be a resource for them on their journey to wellness.
I have always been passionate about health and wellness. I have a BSED in Health and Physical Education and a Masters in School Health Education. I continued my wellness education by becoming a yoga teacher, wellness coach and personal trainer. I currently teach yoga at West Hartford Yoga and at Big Sky in Simsbury. I have also taught at Kula Yoga and at the Yoga Center of Collinsville.
I love where my eight year yogic venture has taken me. I look forward to sharing with you what I have learned so far and will continue to share lessons I learn along the way. A journey is always brighter when shared with others. I invite you to join me Monday and Wednesday evenings as you nurture yourself from the inside out.
