An invigorating morning class that combines breath and movement to encourage a moving meditation and to get the heart pumping. First class is free. Mats are provided, but feel free to bring your own.

*Mediation and Deeksha is open to everyone, there will usually be no guidance during mediation, simply a quiet place to come and sit with like minded energy. You may come into mediation at any time, but please be quiet, and mindful to not disturb others. There will occasionally be mediation bells, chants, or gentle rhythms in the background, sometimes silent. There are a limited number of cushions and blankets so if you require one, please bring one with you. Donations are appreciated as they help to pay for the use of the space. Namaste.
