This is a slower paced vinyasa flow class for beginners or those who desire a more relaxing flow with lots of stretching. Lake Forest Health & Fitness members are free, and non-members are $15.

Level 2 Hot Yoga - Experience a hot flow class but with NO DOWNDOGS! Thus, the clever name "No Dogs Allowed" So if you have shoulder issues, need to give your upper body a rest, or vinyasas aren't your thing, then try this class out!

Level 2 Hot Vinyasa Flow - Previous yoga experience required. Room set between 85 to 90 degrees.

Level 2 Hot Vinyasa Flow Yoga - previous yoga experience required. Temperature set between 85-88 degrees.
