For those who want a slower paced, less rigorous class. Focus is on increasing mobility and flexibility while enhancing physical and mental vitality. Ideal for seniors, pregnant women, or anyone with injuries or special needs.

Level I class - focus on fundamentals of body alignment through basic yoga poses that increase strength, flexibility and balance.

Kid Yoga is a playful yoga flow class for kids ages 5-12. It includes circle-time, pose practice, breath work, non-competitive yoga games, singing bowl, chimes and meditation. Children are invited to bring a favorite small stuffed animal.

Hatha Flow Yoga is a flow of Hatha yoga exercises, sun salutations, breath work, singing bowl, chimes and meditation. Water and a hand towel recommended.
