I was introduced to yoga in Wichita, KS in 1978, Although life interfered, I continued to play with postures and breath until I returned to a consistent practice in 1998. My training is in Bikram, Ashtanga and Classical Yoga with primary teachers being Mick Goodman and Patricia Gray. I completed an intensive teacher training with Integrative Yoga Therapy and a year long apprenticeship with Yoga Vedanta Shala. I am registered through Yoga Alliance with 500 hours.

My approach to working with others in bodywork, energy work and yoga is from an open heart, putting the client at ease, taking them out of pain and instilling a sense of well being. I have a passion for yoga and would love to share my experience with you.
