Gina Raheb is the founder and owner of Natural Fitness, Yoga & Fitness. She is a certified Ashanga/Santosha/Hatha Yoga Instructor; & a 500 hr. Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance. She maintains her own personal practice and studies in: Hatha, Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga. Gina has been studying & practicing Yoga for over 15 years after discovering its many benefits and compliments to running, cycling, weight lifting and surfing. She has been actively involved in running for over 30 years, & cycling and weight training for over 25 years. She is also an Am. Fitness Professional & Assoc. Certified Pilates & Free Weights Trainer.

Gina has chronic Lyme disease (14 years) and was recently diagnosed (Aug. 2008); come in and find out how Yoga can help with Lyme disease.
