This class involves the use of props to support the body in gentle postures. Using guided visualization, you will learn to source your intuition and be encouraged to move at your own pace. Staying receptive to the challenges of our bodies and mind, we then become more playful and connected to our authentic self.. This union of body, breath and soul creates a complete and deeply nourishing practice. Great for any one recovering from surgery or injuries.
