Ashtanga-style flow and traditional Primary Series for very new beginners through experienced and athletic, with a touch of Ayurvedic natural lifestyle to help you get and stay healthy throughout your whole day!

Classes are held in the evenings at Angles Yoga in Catonsville MD with additional classes at various locations around Baltimore including at University of Maryland Baltimore County and Stevenson University (for credit!).

Friday October 16, November 18, December 20 Learn about your true nature, the nature of your imbalances, and how to return to radiant health using the principles of Ayurveda, the 5,000 year old Asian system of health and wellness. The initial workshop will teach you about the philosophy of five elements, how they combine into the bodily humors (doshas) in unique ways for each person, and how one's lifestyle and eating patterns affect your health by throwing your doshas out of balance. You will go home with a food list appropriate for your nature, suggestions for herbs to cook with your food that will boost your digestive power, and a simple easy to practice routine to free up your stuck joints and loosen up tight muscles. Each month, refine your knowledge and advance your personal practice a little more, allowing your innate powers of self healing to shine forth a little brighter! November: shifting your practice to harmonize with seasonal changes.
