MeiMei Fox teaches rigorous Vinyasa yoga, as well as a mellower flow. Trained by Ana Forrest in April 2008, MeiMei has been practicing yoga several times a week since 2001. Her influences include Rusty Wells, Bryan Kest, Shiva Rea, Janet Stone, and Les Leventhal.
In addition to her yoga certification, MeiMei possesses both a MA in psychology from Stanford University and MA in counseling from Pacifica Graduate Institute. She has worked for the past two years as a life coach, helping people attain their goals. She also has spent the past decade working as a freelance writer and editor of non-fiction books on health and wellness, spirituality, and psychology.
MeiMei views yoga as a wonderful method of not only toning, conditioning, and stretching the body, but also of calming the mind and boosting spirits. She believes that true wellness can only come about with the integration of physical and psychological health.
