Are you new to yoga? We offer yoga and meditation classes, workshops and supplies. Our classes are just what the doctor ordered for stress reduction or relief, joint pain, stiffness, aches and pains. You will receive quality instruction on improving your flexibility and increasing your emotional stamina.
We specialize in classes for those of you who are in the prime of your life - middle age and up (seniors welcome!) - and who may or may not have done yoga in the past. Our needs are different than that of younger people; our bodies are perhaps less flexible and we may have less energy and more demands than in our younger years. Our bodies have been subject to more stress for a longer period of time. Our classes address these needs and will improve your flexibility, stamina and increase energy levels. You'll also find that your aches and pains start to disappear, you'll be able to sleep better at night, and overall you'll enjoy an improved quality of life.
We even offer special classes for those who are complete beginners, or who have limited mobility and can't get onto the floor, in addition to our regular Integral Yoga beginners' classes.
