Creativity & uniqueness is my motto in thought, and conduct.
The sequenced flow of postures I teach is interwoven with some challenging poses and long holds, which provide you with a strong mental focus, a non-judgemental awareness. Through my classes I try to expand your field of awareness physically, mentally and emotionally.
Our unique body frameworks differ, sometimes quite considerably, due to our unique physical form, an injury, or other factors that may play a role in aligning one's body within each pose correctly. Therefore, each posture is honorable within your range of motion and flexibility. A non-competitive approach is a must to grow in your practice.

So far I've been studying and exploring the style diversity of yoga from Hatha, Kundalini, Iyengar, Ashtanga, Shadow yoga to vinyasa sequencing, and you will experience a little bit of each in my classes.
Open yourself to the totality of possibilities that yoga can create for us all, and find your own unique style on & off the yoga mat.

Short seated meditation, followed by pranayama breathing exercise, slowly warming the body through gentle stretching; heating up through Surya Namaskara variations of Salutations to Sun/Moon, to a peak standing pose, and gradually coming to the floor for seated twist, foward bends and back bends. An inverted posture of your choice, and finally taking a min. 5 minute-rest in pose of surrender. Sometimes, the classes start from the pose of surrender (shavasana), through the floor core work, and up to standing.
