Yoga for Stress Relief Feel the stress and tension melt away as you deepen the connection between mind, body, and breath. Develop flexibility, and balance by practicing classic yoga postures. Breathe deeply as you work into the postures, which we may modify using props and hands-on assistance so all levels and body types can practice with alignment and safety.
