I started going to yoga almost 5 years ago now. With a chronicly wounded back, bad knees, and a temperment to match. 3 pratices in I knew I would do this forever, 2years ago I attended teacher training, and in June opened my own studio. I am in search of all those who believe in yoga, but mostly those that do not know of it, yoga is good for what ails you. I promise nothing more than a place and instruction to bring yourself to happier place, healthier body, and a sounder mind. Come find your peace in yoga, wherever that may be!
