This class is a moderate slow flow that calls on several different Yoga styles. Students will learn some different Pranyama or breathing exercises, do a bit of Kundalini Yoga woven in with flowing movements that energize the body and clear the mind. Some Yoga experience preferable.

This is a great class for those who have difficulty getting up and down from the floor as well as those who want to learn some simple Yoga to do at their desks. A complete Yoga practice in 60 minutes.

All levels welcome in this 90 minute class. Eclectic approach will always include modifications to soften or intensify the practice. Each class ends with a deep relaxation.
