Greetings Everyone!

My name is Dave Macek and I represent the Red Lotus Society (RLS), an educational non-profit promoting the practice of peace through meditation and other conscious movements. We have a daily schedule of mediation, yoga, and martial classes that are offered to the San Diego community on a donation basis ($8 suggested). Classes and Special Workshops are held at the Ideal Studio located in the Historic Gaslamp District of Downtown San Diego. The Ideal Studio is part of a community center for peace operated by RLS. The center also includes the Ideal Tea Room/Event Space and Ideal Hotel which is a conscious-living Residency Program that key staff and volunteers participate in. There is also the opportunity for short-term stays for travelers passing through or participants of special events and retreats.
