Lynn Miller

As a longtime student of yoga, Lynn uses elements of Iyengar, Vinyasa, Restorative, Kripalu and Hatha yoga traditions when she teaches. She is known for maintaining wide variety in her classes, never teaching the exact same class twice. She continues to study with her teachers Barbara Benagh and Erich Schiffmann on a regular basis. She has also studied with and been influenced by Judith Lasater, Rodney Yee, Patricia Walden, Peentz Dubble, Angela Farmer, and Rod Stryker.

Lynn has been teaching in the MetroWest area since 1997. She is a certified Hatha yoga teacher from Finding Inner Peace in Abington, MA and is a Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance. She has additional certificate work in both Pregnancy and Restorative Yoga.

Updated: 09-21-2009
***************Upcoming 2009 fall dates: Oct 2, Nov 6, Dec 11**************** Based on Judith Lasater's book Relax and Renew, this workshop will take you through a series of poses designed to open your body in a safe and gentle way. Props are used to provide support so that your body can release and let go of tension beyond a superficial sensation of stretch. Stillness and quiet give your mind time to calm and de-stress.
