Cheryl Chaffee, RYT
Cheryl Chaffee has been studying Anusara yoga since 2004, and is an Anusara-Inspired yoga teacher. She has studied with John Friend and completed a RYT-200 hour teacher training with Betsey Downing and Jaye Martin in Sarasota, FL. She has also been trained and certified in Kali Ray’s Tri Yoga and Karma Kids Yoga. Cheryl enjoys teaching students of all ages and abilities, and always looks for the beauty in students’ poses and hearts. She also loves to share her enthusiasm for music and chanting during classes and workshops.

A fun class for toddlers ages 18 months through 3 years and their caregivers!
Come and have fun with your toddler as we stretch, jump, sing, dance, create stories and play Yoga!
Yoga helps toddlers develop balance, coordination, concentration, and strength. Yoga helps parents stretch, tone, strengthen, and bond with their kids. No experience necessary, just bring your sense of adventure!

YOGA 1/INTRODUCTION TO YOGA is a class for students new to yoga. It focuses on poses to strengthen and stretch the legs, back, and shoulders. Emphasis is on the basic alignment of the standing poses, breathing techniques, and relaxation.

In this mixed levels class, we do a variety of standing, seated, and reclined poses, including forward bends, back bends, and twists. Options are given for beginner as well as experienced students, so that everyone can explore their personal potential.
